Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley isn't very vocal about her parents but her grandmother, who was an infamous bodybuilder in the 20s and 30s, has been credited for inspiring her fitness passion. Ashley is active physically since the age of a small girl. She began taking swimming lessons when she was the age of four and continued to do so for the following 10 years. She entered numerous competitions but wasn't as dedicated as she wasn't ready to go on strict diet in order that her body could give all it can. Her popularity was somewhat high during her time in high school mostly thanks to her attractive physique and attractive looks however it's not clear if she has dated anyone in this time of her life. When she graduated, Ashley did not decide to enroll at college but to rather pursue her dream of becoming being a fitness model. Ashley discovered that she was unhappy with the appearance of her body when she was 15. Her father encouraged her to go to the fitness center. But she took the advice of her grandfather to start with a slow pace. What she didn't know was that she would spend nine years sculpting her body as she grew into an fitness icon. Ashley was motivated by her success and competed at into the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and felt compelled to train harder. Ashley participated at her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and was in fifth place. As the competition was finished, Ashley opted to not compete again. The competition was offering photography shoots during her time participating, however she didn't want to mix up her jobs, but now that she quit competing she decided to become a fitness model. Her photo was published on the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine which instantly started her journey to becoming a fitness model as she was able to join an agency that deals in modeling. Her career as a model has taken off since then. She's modelled in bikinis for renowned fashion brands, and appeared on the cover of popular magazines.
